The Chantal platform, the tourism platform of Cameroon, is published by VCAM, in Cameroon.

For any question, request or complaint, write to us through the platform's contact form.

Chantal presents the destinations, tourist sites and establishments of Cameroon (accommodation, restaurants, guides, agencies, transport, leisure, museums, craftspeople, producers, training institutes) and lets you send them booking requests, pay them online, write to them and post a review after a service.

The establishments listed are independent partners: they alone are responsible for their services, prices and availability.

The brand, logo, visual identity, texts and software of the platform belong to VCAM or its rights holders. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

The texts, photos and videos published by establishments remain their property; by publishing them, they allow their display on the platform and its promotional media.

Reviews, messages and partner content are the responsibility of their authors. VCAM may remove any unlawful, abusive, misleading content or any content that breaches the terms of use, in particular after a report.

The platform may link to third-party sites (establishment websites, maps, social networks). VCAM does not control their content and is not responsible for it.

The platform is governed by Cameroonian law, in particular Law No. 2010/012 of 21 December 2010 on cybersecurity and cybercrime and Law No. 2010/021 of 21 December 2010 governing electronic commerce. Any dispute falls under the competent Cameroonian courts, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
